    Synctoy Installation


    I am migrating from Win7 to Win10. I do a lot of photographic work and always kept a series of rolling backups with Synctoy, which although it has it's quirks, it works and I've used it for years. Now I'm done with Win7, I would ideally like to install Synctoy on my Win10, and having spent a long time searching for it, I now need a .NET framework version 2.0.50727 to install it, which seems to have vanished off the Earth.

    So my question is where can I find this .NET package or if there is a free alternative which does the same job?

    Hi, as far as I remember SyncToy 2.1 installs .NET framework itself. Use to try it before on Windows 10, works perfectly, very simple but not updated any longer from MS and recently discontinued.
