    Winlock is it Legit?

Hi, i was looking on the internet for this question, but there's a little few who knows about this program even in Google Search you won't find much about it, so i am a little bit skeptical and afraid, for the record i am using it now and it's working like a charm as what it's suppose to do, so am i risking my PC or anything like for any Hacking attempts i mean is it really safe, it's been installed for like more than 6 months with no problem but yet that this program is not known and no one have anything on it either on Google, YouTube or Reddit for example; making me scared of what it can do, so anyone can confirm me that it's legit and can be used without worries, thank you in advance

Why do you want to (need to?) use it (rhetorical question, just think about it)?

Forums on the internet are full of users who have "tried" various protection/encryption programs, just for the sake of it, or because they thought it was fashionable, only to have to look for fixes/hacks/cracks when/if things go pear-shaped.

It is your decision to spend your money.

idgat is asking why you need this program.

I'm suggesting you think about why you need it ? There are so many posts in forums on the internet by users who have used this type of software for no valid reason, and have fallen into problems.

I am using it cause a lot of times i leave my PC open for my little nephews to play games or watch YouTube (Movies ect) but without them or any other users to touch my personal stuff, so i can lock folders prevent Programs to be opened (Left mouse click, right mouse click, Del, Windows button, Ctrl, Alt ect a lot of options provided by this program to block those and all of them works like a charm)

Can you tell what problems exactly? and you mean it's not safe? can i get hacked or some of my personal stuff be token by the Program developers?

    Hi folks
I'd suggest if you have a TPM module in your machine is to use it to protect and encrypt the OS -- you will eventually need TPM for W11 anyway -- although currently there are a few get arounds.
I don't really like 3rd party encryption things as these can break when Windows does an update - then you've got a useless OS !!!

    Cheers
