    Quora quandry

I am somewhat addicted to Quora, I wish I was not, I waste too much time on it, but now I am being deprived of it by a peculiar glitch. When I try to read a posting and the answers / comments on it, the webpage gets stuck and only lets me read the first few lines. This may be related to the fact that I cannot sign in either, perhaps if I could it would let me proceed. But clicking the sign in button has no effect. I have of course tried signing out, restarting the PC etc many times.

If you can get on the site at all, do a hard refresh to clear your site cache. That is CTRL-F5. See if that allows sign in. Also, I see that the site quora.com allows anyone to access with your Google account or Facebook account. Try either of those to see if you get any different results. Finally, try using a different browser to see if it's browser related.

I am sorry I did not reply sooner, I forgot I had posted this. I can usually sign in now using Google, as suggested. Now I have a problem with finding my way back to some of my own post. If I search my own name it sometimes works, sometimes not, but what makes it wose there is someone with exactly the same name. If necessary I guess I could re-register with a different name but that would not give me access to earlier posts.
