Not a bug. That happens if you block the executables via firewall and don't block the additional domains that it attempts to connect to. Can also happen if using a bloated (untrimmed) winapp2.ini file. One user reporting a problem does not constitute a bug so confirm bugs before posting please. There have been some confirmed bugs affecting many users but they are usually quickly fixed. As stated rolling back to a previous version whilst waiting for the fix is the usual solution.

Did the user fully uninstall Ccleaner and then clean install it to confirm? Did they then fully uninstall Ccleaner and install the previous version to compare? Did they provide this information when reporting? No. How many other users are unaffected?
