Uninstaller claim to remove programs and some can even remove optional features better
than win10 built in uninstaller. Only programs and features that come with win10 will come back if
you do a clean install of win10.

I didn't but you can just use:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

instead. (Only if it doesn't import). As far as I know it's not necessary to add ;1709 Registry Keys but it shouldn't matter.

    Hi,
Dang made it a reg file just as it was and it showed merge on top of the context list but merge... it didn't remove any apps on the list you had on it :/
Guess I messed up somewhere but I used it on 21h1 ?

Never mind missed the part I need to remove the apps first

    @ThrashZone

Yes remove the apps and any that have been removed and are shown in the registry key won't come back after a version upgrade.

"...Then I have another program that runs in the background all the time that flags up leftovers missed by uninstallers..."
Callender, what program or utility is that? Is it free or fee?

I have used, for some time, both Revo Uninstaller Pro and Bulk Crap Uninstaller. Each does bits and pieces that other one does not do.

If there's that much concern about accumulated "crap", there's always the ultimate option ...

    - Backup and then remove personal files, do a bit of a cleanup with built-in Windows Disk cleanup and Clean up system files, then maybe run Wise Disk Cleaner as well)

    - Macrium Reflect image the existing installation (as a precaution)

    - wipe and clean install (none of this repair/recovery/restore crap, a compete and utter clean install)

    - Powershell command line to get rid of unavoidable Windows 10 bloat/crapware
(Create text file, multiple lines, copy > paste into Powershell (admin)
    Get-AppxPackage *3dbuilder* | Remove-AppxPackage
    Get-AppxPackage *windowsalarms* | Remove-AppxPackage
    Get-AppxPackage *windowscalculator* | Remove-AppxPackage
    Get-AppxPackage *windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage
    etc
    etc
    etc
