If there's that much concern about accumulated "crap", there's always the ultimate option ...

    - Backup and then remove personal files, do a bit of a cleanup with built-in Windows Disk cleanup and Clean up system files, then maybe run Wise Disk Cleaner as well)

    - Macrium Reflect image the existing installation (as a precaution)

    - wipe and clean install (none of this repair/recovery/restore crap, a compete and utter clean install)

    - Powershell command line to get rid of unavoidable Windows 10 bloat/crapware
(Create text file, multiple lines, copy > paste into Powershell (admin)
    Get-AppxPackage *3dbuilder* | Remove-AppxPackage
    Get-AppxPackage *windowsalarms* | Remove-AppxPackage
    Get-AppxPackage *windowscalculator* | Remove-AppxPackage
    Get-AppxPackage *windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage
    etc
    etc
    etc
The point is that they get reinstalled every version upgrade and you have to remove them again. If you create deprovisioned apps registry key they don't ever get reinstalled when upgrading.

Callender, what program or utility is that? Is it free or fee?
Free and it has the background service that scans for leftovers after uninstalling a program. (Using any uninstall method).

Needs some tweaking though. "Daily Health Check" should be disabled. From memory there might be a scheduled task or two that also needs to be deleted/ disabled. Also block in Firewall. Otherwise you get annoying pop up alerts.

So not really recommended except for advanced users. It also comes with a bunch of other tools that I never use as I prefer alternatives.

So if you uninstall a program via Revo, Geek, Hibit uninstaller or similar or even via add/ remove programs or a manual deletion you get a slash screen after a couple of minutes showing file and registry leftovers that were missed with the optionto select for deletion. Sometimes the screen only appears after a reboot.

Nope, never/not on any of my devices (3 desktops, 3 laptops). Never had to tinker with the registry to keep them at bay (I often make registry tweaks for many other things, never for these). Maybe it's a geo-version thing for here in Australia.

It's possible that removed apps are no longer reinstalled after feature upgrades in newer versions of windows. I'm not sure because I've never had removed apps reinstalled after creating that registry key. Maybe someone could state if they've upgraded recently and seen any evidence of removed apps getting reinstalled after the upgrade. Possibly Windows 1903 and higher doesn't have the issue.

Is this advanced uninstaller pro completely free (no registering, no ads, no spyware...etc) ? And it need to be install and
run in the background monitoring install/uninstall activity ? Uninstaller that i have used (ccleaner, revo, bulk crap)
can't fully clean up registry after uninstalling software.

It's free but unless blocked in firewall you'll see some pop ups. Also Daily Health Check feature needs to be disabled. I don't use any of it's features other than the background leftovers scan which runs in the background all the time. I certainly don't use it to actually uninstall programs, I just leave the background scan running (it starts with windows) then after removing software via any other uninstall method it displays leftovers (if found) but sometimes only after next boot.

    @teots

Check this video of Hibit Uninstaller removing a program and see what it scans/ removes:

Then see what pops up after a reboot. Advanced Uninstaller Pro background scan runs and finds this:

Like I said, I only leave the background uninstall monitor enabled and don't use the other features.

No worries. As far as I'm concerned it's handy to have running. I just would not recommend using the other features.
