Is it worth it to upgrade from Revo Uninstaller free to Pro ?

I want the uninstaller for two things:

    (1) I want to uninstall some Windows 10 apps.

    (2) Be able to remove all the leftover when uninstalling a program.

should I get the pro or is the free version adequate ?

Is it safe to order from Uninstall Software, Remove programs easily - Revo Uninstaller Pro ? is it safe to enter credit card information there ?

I use the free version. It does everything you listed.
And yes, that is the real website.

It's got a special section just for removing apps. It cleans the registry afterwards, and any other file remnants it finds.
Hunter mode works in the free version as well.

As you can see, I've removed most of the Windows apps.

The free program will do all that you want above.

RevoUninstaller is one of a few programs that I've used the free version to start with (RevoUninstaller, Macrium Reflect, EaseUS Partition Master, SynchBack(Free) and Xplorer2) but have gone on to buy the full product.

In a lot of cases, I haven't used the full features extensively, but just so impressed with what the free version(s) can do, they were worthy of outlaying some $$.

EDIT : When you say "uninstall some Windows 10 apps", do you mean built-in apps that come with Win 10, or 3rd party programs installed later?

This function of the free version is identical to the pro version ? they both delete the same left overs ?

They use DigiCert certificate, that is the most safe and trusted certificate authority out there.
So it is safe, but the store can save credit information, then again, that it is USA, so it is normal.
I would rather pay using paypal. Still it is admirable you want to pay to support the software devs.
Free version is good enough and there are alternatives like HiBit Uninstaller and Geek Uninstaller.

I use the Pro version which says it removes more leftovers than the free version.
Lifetime license in that you can continue to use the version you purchased forever.
No yearly license subscription, licence covers the version, only renew license if you wish to upgrade this (Ver 4-5 etc).

I don't know. But I can tell you I've never had to set the scan level past Moderate, on the free version.

Me too. When I did my last clean Windows install, Revo was the very first program I installed, even before the AMD drivers. And everything was installed with Revo. I like the feeling of total control over my install. Only issue is software that is auto-updating.

Can you explain exactly how Hunter mode works. I have been totally unable to use it.
