Yes, that is why I was asking kyhi in the previous post about what happened to all those plugins from theoven.org that were in a big thread. It had those older plugins in that thread that allowed for things like exploring image and mounting image without paying for the product.

If it was not for APT posting the Updates Found Here - TheOven would be dead... All the developer left the Oven and the Admin was the downfall of theOven - it has like 300 members and all are fishing...

Is there something difficult about it ?

If you already got the 7.3.4 or 7.3.3 standard edition working in your pe, it will already have the .sys files in system32 and the reg entries entries for the drivers in system hive.

I have a vague recollection that the ancient script would have also added some convoluted registry entry for the edition, presumably it still does. I dont do it that way.

Therefore, it is pretty easy to copy the winpe64 folder from an installed 6.5.0 onto your usb stick . Then optionally add a link to your pe desktop or whatever, if you know how to do that. Otherwise from booted pe, just browse down to the usb stick and run \winpe64\backupper.exe

I am looking for the plugin mega thread that was on theoven, it was a single thread with quite a lot of pages of user submitted plugins. It had older version of Aomei in it before they starting limiting some of the tools to paid only tools. For instance, that thread had Aomei Backupper version 4.6.3 working plugin in it and that version was before they starting charging for the tools (except for the merge images tool).

Do you know if APT can bring that thread back for us to grab old plugins from? Would be nice to have an older version of Aomei Backupper to use those free tools again.

Backupper is a nice program. Partition Assistant is also good.

I have 6.5.0 and 7.3.4 in this pe to demonstrate

    Attachment 407272

    Attachment 407271

    Attachment 407274

    Attachment 407273

the three .sys files from 7.3.4 and the usual .reg entries in the system hive work fine for both
I can try that but see that presents another issue, finding the older version of the applications. Which is why I was asking kyhi about older versions of a ton of XPE plugin scripts that used to be on theoven forums

Not if APT would allow that thread to be viewed by the public again, it had that version of Aomei with both plugin scripts so you just put it in your PE folder and build it. It had a lot of other useful plugins that were user created that doesn't exist in the XPE build anymore. No need to create or re-create them, all the scripts were there to download and add to XPE build.

It also appears that logins have been disabled on theoven forums as well.

6.9.1 I think it is the last standard edition with mounting

    https://www2.aomeisoftware.com/downl...ckupperStd.exe
    Code:
    https://www2.aomeisoftware.com/download/adb/6.9.1/AOMEIBackupperStd.exe
maybe an existing script would work or it is not hard to do manually

    winre.wim is .3920
    boot.wim is .4170
    install.wim is .4170

built pe fine using boot.wim image 2 as the base.
