    Thanx... :)

The alternative would be to compile the ,Net app. as self-contained (which as you know does not need the runtime .. but that adds like 100 MB to an install file - which on both counts we want to avoid)

The non-self-contained compile which needs the runtime, is just the exe and dll that can just be copied to a folder and a shortcut created to the exe.

Just a heads up - regarding the USB Safely Remove problem (no Eject XXX option in the pop-up menu when using MS built-in functionality):

After a lot of work with ProcMon, I found out that my Win10PE is missing WUDFxx and WPDxxx drivers and Services (files and registry settings). They are related to USB Devices connection. I haven't solved the problem yet, as I ran into another issue. Will update soon...continuing work.

    Will do...

    Built a new Win10PE from a Win10 b19042.508 x64 source.
Now there are Eject options in the USB Safely Remove pop-up window.

I used the full SOFTWARE hive, along with enabling "Media Transfer Protocol". Did the trick.

    Thanks, James (Kyhi)

Hi everyone. I am really enjoying the project. Thanks for all the hard work and support. I got a bootable iso working, but really want the Acronis Cyber Protect installed. When I tried to import the key it says not found. I don't know anything about the registry but found what I believe to be the registry serial number in

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432\Node\Acronis\CyberProtectHomeOffice\standard

WIN 10XPE gui is saying it is

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432\Node\Acronis\TrueImage\Standard

How do I import the serial?

    Google Chrome

I'm new to WinXpe but have used Win10PE SE for many years. After building a new computer, I switched to Win10Xpe because the driver support is great... it's fast and clean! I have worked through most issues but for one annoyance. In the big picture its petty, but the part of me that needs perfection is nagging me. No matter what I try, the google chrome profile keeps resetting, I lose all my plugins. In Win10PE SE if I built my profile in Winpe then It remembered everything , no such luck with WinXPE. Firefox works, so I suppose I should quit complaining. Just looking for ideas so I can turn my brain off!
