I dont do any pxe but you could try removing start back and all the related reg entries.

Then try winxshell and classic shell

register and start classic shell before launching winxshell perhaps call a batch file
    EXEC ! <path_to>classicshell.cmd

    SHEL "%ProgramFiles%\WinXShell\WinXShell.exe" -regist -winpe

    pecmd ENVI@@DeskTopFresh=1
    Should fix taskbar.

    You can also:
pecmd DISP W1920 H1080 B32 <-- Or force whatever you want, before the above command.

This had no effect on the taskbar. Refreshing the desktop manually also doesnt move taskbar.

This also did not fix taskbar. It didnt change the resolution at all for me.

This works but I get a popup that says to re enable startallback.

I am working on this one to see if it is a viable solution.

Looks like disabling "Set as default browser with file associations" fixes this issue.

    Just stopping by...

To congratulate everyone involved in making this work... in peculiar @Kyhi for all the support over the years.

I migrated my project to the latest revision of XPE and Windows 11 under 3 strikes.

And that was... A first I admit, But it saved 290 systems since my last upgrade and wanted the latest device support.

My only question would be: Is there something special I have to do to make OpenShell work with the latest W11 iso. On my build it crashes in circle at shell loading ?

I can live with the default Menu, but would still love to have OpenShell working.

    you could try something like

    exec regedit /s <path-to-openshellsettings.reg>
    call $%programfiles%\openshell\StartMenuDLL.dll
    wait 200
    exec %programfiles%\openshell\StartMenu.exe
    SHEL "%ProgramFiles%\WinXShell\WinXShell.exe" -regist -winpe

26000 is 24H2... MS also remove the taskbar pins from within Shell32 and because of that "Open Shell" does not work....
For me the last good version of Windows 11 is

    Using StartAllBack 3.9.6
