Nope, doesn't work. Control Panel, Turn Windows features on or off fails with error:

    Windows can't find X:\windows\system32\OptionalFeatures.exe.
    Try Utilities/NetFx3 Add-Feature plugin

Thanks, doing that now. Should I disable .NetFx4 then since 3.5 is what is needed?

Not sure on that maybe you should test if you can disable NetFx4 without breaking .NET... You will have a smaller build. But I'm pretty sure Both must be enabled... I don't recall trying it.

Nope, had to enable NetFx4 for the build to work.

Now Shadow Explorer starts okay but immediately closes with no error and no indication of what is wrong.
I tried v9.0 Portable and v8.0 installed, both don't work.

Need some way to access the registry files in the restore points to fix this system.

Oh well, tomorrow, I'm getting tired and clumsy.

Do I just place ShadowCopyView_XPE.7z in WIN10XPE\Myfiles then rebuild to get Shadowcopyview?
I haven't messed with WIN10XPE in awhile so I forgot a lot of the how-to stuff.

Shadow Explorer is one of the programs that can be added to the build. Trying to build it now, with Shadowcopyview as well.

extract the 2 script files from shadowcopyview_XPE.7z and put in project somewhere like
...\Projects\MoPlugins\Apps\Recovery, ensure it is selected and rebuild project.

or as a quick check, you could place files as above, select 'Basic Build' (top lefthand pane) and select it's path in basic build, making sure you check the 'Run this Plugin' checkbox and hit the play button and it will build base project and just that app.

From what I understand... And from your screenshots... Are you trying to run everything from your USB Drive ???

Unpack Win10XPE to your hard disk ex: C:\Win10XPE ...Create an exception in your antivirus to exclude this whole directory. Mount your Windows 10 iso to a Drive ex: D:\

Run Win10XPE.exe Click the "Select Windows 10 Source Folder" Button, browse to the root of your mounted Iso ex: D:\ Click OK, Click the Big Blue Play button.
Ok it seems that I have the programs backwards. I have WinXPE on the thumb drive and the Win10 download on my computer.

The thumb drive isn't letting me move a 6gb file, any idea what I can do to give it permissions to do?

Do I need to format the USB drive to something different?

Just to clarify here, WinXPE and the Win10 source are normally on the hard drive, the created output (Win10XPE_x64.ISO) is also created on a hard drive C: D: E: whatever and you transfer/copy the ISO to your USB drive

When we talk of D: drive, we are referring to a data drive, not in your case your USB drive
