    Win 10 Pro 64-bit v1909 - Build 18363 Custom ISO Install
       #111

    Hello @ntd252,

Did you get to the stage in the Tutorial where it says . . .

It will download several programs and features (Please allow it to do so), these downloads are designed as a “First Run Only”, and they are required for the Project to be able to run and for the Apps program files to be encoded into project. Win10XPE will open your command prompt to extract files, download files, and run program commands (Please allow it to do so).

After the Builder finishes, you will get an OK message.
Browse to the folder location of Win10XPE and you will find your Custom ISO.

    I hope this helps.

No, it pops up right after I press blue Play button, (2/35 of progress), and this is the first run. I don't change any settings, just load the mounted ISO and hit Play.
An older version of Winbuilder runs fine on my pc.
I can see the newest 2021-01-16 version has precheck.script file, while the older doesn't. This file causes the error.

Re-Extract the Project to the Win10XPE Folder - something was blocked before you added the exclusion
It is trying to read your Host Registry to retrieve a variable and it can't..

The older version, I mean the version from 2019 (I still keep it in my hard drive). What I find is that precheck file causes the error (in returns nothing so the list index out of bounds). I am using the 2021-01-16 version, but I have tried 2021-06-27 and error still presents.

I have even tried to turn off my Defender, re-downloaded and re-extracted, run as admin, still got that error.
I think there should be checksum to verify if the downloaded file is intact.
    My extracted folder size:
    Size: 254 MB (266.651.212 bytes)
Size on disk: 254 MB (267.132.928 bytes)

Can someone give a look to my case through teamviewer or something?

    Open "Win10XPE\Projects\Win10XPE\Features\PreCheck.Script" with notepad -
    change [variable] %CheckCmd%=True to %CheckCmd%=False
    Save and test build

You can also change [Main] Level=0 to Level=3
Refresh Builder - you will see a Features folder in the left pane - run just the Green Play button and share log

It is looking for a command processor - autorun - It is also testing CMD.exe on your Host - as it is used a lot in the project (although mostly hidden) if the project can not open CMD.exe the Project/Build will fail

Setting the CheckCMD variable to false will prevent this check - but that does not mean it will build properly either

Select the "Codebox" Button at top of builder and enter
    Code:
    ShellExecute,Hide,cmd.exe,"/C echo ..."
    Message,%exitcode%
    Hit Green Button
    should return " 0 "

Your PC is not allowing access to the Registry - your second log also confirms this... What other A/V or security software are you running ?
