Software that monitors writes and reads on the disk

I know we have Performance Monitor and Resource Monitor but I don't like their UI and also how confusing to use them.

I want something like what you can see here with Process Hacker. It's just very easy to use.

But it doesn't have the ability to save these information in a database so I can't look up how much a certain app has written on a specific date or in the last 7 days. I need something similar to what NetLimiter (internet traffic monitoring tool) can do.

Hi, this also has command-line features so you may be able to create a sort of log using it:
