How do I get Meet Now on my PC

I believe Meet Now was included in version 20H2. However I do not find it on my task bar, nor any reference to it in Personalization Settings on my Lap Top. I do see it when I open Skype, but I would like to have it pinned to my task bar like it is on my Desktop.
