app randomly stopped working "Could not find the main class"

I'm running into a weird issue. An app randomly stopped working like a week ago. I've been trying to figure out why, but I haven't really gotten anywhere.

It worked fine before.

small update: I tried running the app from another user profile, and it worked fine. maybe that can help with figuring out the cause?
