    TODO wont do anything

MS TODO stopped working a few months ago. It will not open / launch at all, even after I re-installed it from the Store. I hoped it might come back to life after a system update, but alas no. What do I need to do?

I spent a while researching this for you but the Net was NOT very forthcoming.

I did find this however find this => Troubleshoot Microsoft To Do in Office 365

[1] Are you using it for Work or School?
[2] Do you get ANY ERROR messages when you try to open it, and if so, what are they?

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. I only have it for personal use, not for Work or School. I followed the link you provided but did not find a fix. It used to work OK, though not as good as the app it replaced. Like some other users I found it confusing, but I wanted to use it because of the way it is supposed to sync with my phone and tablet, but it seems it only does this if you sign in with a school or work account. So perhaps I should dump it after finding an alternative?

When I investigated this for you, it did appear that it was to be used in a work or school environment.
At the end of the day, you have to use, or find a workaround, the easiest method that gets the job done.
