    Start menu icons

When I install something from the Windows Store and click on PIN TO START, an empty icon that does not respond to a click appears. I tried many solutions, but the problem remained.

Hi, can confirm this works for me on 19043.1023.
I installed a prog I owned, clicked Pin to Start.

If you create a new user for test purposes, do you see the same problem?

Of course there are pages suggesting routine fixes like:
How to fix Windows 10 Start menu tiles not showing

    - preumably you've tried these- please confirm. Thanks.

You're very welcome; if something there helped fix it, could you say what it was for anyone else with the same problem? Thanks!

It's simply. Just go to SETTINGS=>APPS and sellect app with problems. Clikc on it and click on ADVANCED OPTIONS than click on reset. That's it!
