Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait for a while and try again or restart your device. That may help.
Code: 0x80072EE7, basicall starts at acquiring licence then error on all 3, everything else in store no issues

    1. Check your time and date is shown correct in windows
    2. Check that you are in fact on a stable internet connection - loss of internet connection can be a cause
    3. If you are using a VPN - try without it
    4. I do not know what you have already tried but if you have not done so, and you are using a third party AV - AntiVirus try disabling it or use the included windows security centre - defender, after uninstalling the third party one.
    3. Reset the Store of all else fails
Press + R, then in the Run box type wsreset and hit Enter.
A command prompt window should show up, which indicates that Windows is resetting the Store cache.
When the window closes, the job is done,
So you can try opening the Store again to see if it works properly.

It is perhaps a little trial and error here, as although you say you have tried all solutions, that is a very open statement
As of course what is all ?
Have you tried the store app troubleshooter on settings - update and security
    troubleshooting
    additional troubleshooters
    windows store apps

have you tried re registering the store
Re-register Microsoft Store app in Windows 10

have you tried - checking to see if these apps in question are shown as installed on your system even if they are not working and uninstalling them
    then reinstalling

have you tried uninstalling the apps
    for instance
    1. Click on Start button.

    2. Type Windows PowerShell.

    3. Right click on it and select Run as administrator.

    4. Type the following command: Get-AppxPackage -allusers *DolbyLaboratories.DolbyAccess* | Remove-AppxPackage

    5. Press Enter.
    ============================
Have you tried installing in cleanboot mode
