I have. I used Revo Uninstaller... worked great... no problems.

    This is what I left...

You can't uninstall Edge. Well you can, but it will break Windows Updates.
Don't uninstall Microsoft Store, you may need it one day, and it's very hard to re-install if you remove it.

@Ghot, can i use win10 built in uninstaller to completely remove apps & features that come with win10 ?
What is the the advantage of revo uninstaller over win10 built in uninstaller ?

It's easier and when it uninstalls something, it then offers to scan for left overs. Like registry left overs, etc.
I've used it for years... never had a problem.

    Uninstall Apps in Windows 10

    E.g. Options 7, 10

If e.g. you uninstall Photos, but have no alternative program to handle the extensions it handles, then those file types can no longer open at all.

So if you uninstall a Windows app set as the default handler, you need to consider replacing it. (Reassociate the appropriate file types).

If it’s an app you can just right click it an select uninstall. If it’s a program in the control panel programs list then you can uninstall that way. I always uninstall one drive as it slows things up on my old machine (it’s in control panel).

apps like groove music etc are fine to uninstall. But another option is to just stop them running in the background.

Go to Settings - privacy - background apps. I turn off everything except alarm and clock, Mail and calendar, and windows security. Any of those apps will start up manually if you want to use them - they just won’t be running in the background using resources.
