    Microsoft Teams problem (free version)


    Hello,

    I am on an HP laptop, Windows 10 Pro. I am having problems with Microsoft Teams (free version). When I try to join a video meeting from Chrome, my Teams app does not launch. I have to join from browser on Chrome. When I'm in a video meeting from the Teams browser on Chrome, everything works, but since I'm on the browser, I can only see 1 person at a time (the person who is speaking). I cannot see a gallery view of meeting attendees from Chrome.

    When I try to join a video meeting from Edge, my Teams app launches, but my laptop's built-in microphone does not work, even though all the settings look right and like they are working. The microphone sound meter moves, and I can tell the microphone is picking up my voice.

    If anyone can help, I'm willing to pay to have you do a remote log-in to my laptop.
