Does anyone know how to check an iTunes account through a browser, W/O iTunes installed on the computer?

If you mean sign in to iTunes Store to check on your purchased content then it’s not possible.

If you signed up with iTunes you should have received a confirmation in E-Mail about it. I downloaded the program to install on a Win10 computer so as to recover photos from an old iPad 2, no cost and no registration so no account. Or is the question more on the lines of checking on someone's spending?

I am going to delete my Apple account, but 1st I want to check if I have any unused cash in iTunes.
I don't have any Apple products, I have not used iTunes in quite a while & I'm not installing iTunes on this computer.

I ended up having to install iTunes & found out that I do have a balance on my account.
But can someone tell me why I see 2 different balances (circled in red) & how do I use the 3 credits?
