How to uninstall OneDrive and close 2 user accounts

When I installed Windows 10 I created the user account Kenneth Cavanaugh. Administrator.
For some reason now there are two users in C:/Users; one of them appears in Advanced User Profiles.
Kenneth Cavanaugh, Administrator still appears in Control Panel / Users.
I would like to go back to having one user Kenneth Cavanaugh, Administrator and remove OneDrive.
Would appreciate advice on how to do this.

    What if I:
    • went to Settings / Apps / OneDrive and pressed delete
    • booted in Safe Mode
    • deleted kcav1_m0r3hql from c:users

I went to Setting >.Apps > OneDrive and pressed Uninstall, then I rebooted
and found OneDrive had been uninstalled. There was a Temporary OneDrive
account left in the root of C drive, I deleted it

When I go to Control Panel > Users I find the user account I created which is
Kenneth Cavanaugh, Administrator, but when I go to User Profiles I find the
name KCAV-NB65\kcav1_m0r3hql. I wonder where it came from.

In C:\users there are two user names kcav1 and kcav1_m0r3hql

    What if
    • I changed the User Profile name to kcav1
    • I booted in safemode and deleted kcav1_m0r3hql from C:\users

Would Kcav1 have the correct content?
