That message indicates it needs a computer running the 32-bit/x86 version of Windows. It usually has to be an actual computer but maybe it would be possible to use a VM/Virtual Machine to install the 32-bit and run it but might be issues with the hardware, 64-bit computers can run 32-bit software/OS but not the other way around. I have a few old programs that still work on Win10 but have them on a 32-bit install on an older computer.

You have Pro, so by way of a virtual machine (where you'd install, say, a 32 bit version of Win 7, or XP) you can use the built in Hypervisor.

or you might find Virtualbox (free) easier.

The 64-bit version of Windows 10 lacks a 16-bit sub-system... which is what the error means.

If you're lucky it's just the installer which is 16-bit. If so, you may be able to unpack the setup.exe installer executable (using something like Universal Extractor 2) and manually install the game if it includes an .INF installer file... but you may have to manually register any DLLs.

However, the easiest way - as @Berton and @dalchina write - is to use a 32-bit VM... although you will still have to install the 16-bit NTVDM sub-system. Have a look at this How to Enable 16-bit Application Support in Windows 10 article for more info.

    Hope this helps...

Available on ebay from £15 up...(!) - or you can install a virtual machine for free and install XP, though you'd need a license for it.. I run XP in a VM to use an old scanner...

I was recently given a Toshiba Notebook with WinXP for parts but it works fine, next project with it is needing the battery for the RTC/CMOS/BIOS.
