You don't need a URI command. You can use
    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\quickassist.exe
in your shortcut [which is what I assume you are trying to create].

The command QuickAssist works in Command Prompt, Windows PowerShell, a shortcut, CMD script, batch script, and PowerShell script.

    Matthew

How do I make a PowerShell, CMD, or batch script for this that would open the Quick assist right from the email click like MS Teams works?

I don't know a way to open Quick Assist by clicking on an email.
I can only open Quick Assist by double-clicking on a shortcut/script.
I am unable to run the command QuickAssist from an email.

QuickAssist also opens from the Search box on the Taskbar and from the WinKey+R to run.
