    Probably.

    You can try this to free up some space...

    Open a command prompt as admin and run this command

    powercfg -h off


    That will "disable" Hibernate, and delete hiberfil.sys, which will free up some space.

    Option one, step #4, here...
    Enable or Disable Hibernate in Windows 10


    Then open command prompt as admin again, and run this command...

    Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup





    Those two commands will free up a lot of space.

    No, what I meant was did you create a System Image with an imaging program like Macrium Reflect or AOMEI Backupper for example?
