News & Interests pops up then disappears

    Yesterday was a long day... First, I tried the ISO repair with option to keep apps and personal files, but the "pop up and disappear" issue with Search, Cortana, Clock/Calendar persisted! So I started over, ISO repair with option to only keep personal files, that did the trick no more "pop up and disappear" issue. Completed updates and did some video driver and browser installs, woke up this morning to KB5003173 asking for reboot. After coming back on, I now have News & Interested and it's working, along with the others. I'll be spending the next few days installing my programs, doing backups along the way.

My 'News & Interests' flyout is only one column whereas I believe it should be two, see screenshot 314540 Any ideas?
