You can drag and drop Files to Copy from Android Phone to Windows 10 PC using the Your Phone app.
Refer this one Drag and Drop Files between Phone and Windows 10 PC in Your Phone app

This used to work for me in the past, both directions that is. Now I can only drag and drop from PC to Phone.

Honestly, I find KDE Connect to be better than Your Phone, although it doesn't look as pretty. KDE Connect can do more than YP, too. I especially like the music control feature.

    Thanks for your reply.

Actually, the My files app is meant to be used that way, and it used to work in the past. See the instructions in the first post of the following thread :
Drag and Drop Files between Phone and Windows 10 PC in Your Phone app
My video shows step 6 of those instructions, and it doesn't work.

What you suggested does work, but unfortunately only allows transfer of image files, whereas the "My files" app is supposed to allow transfer of any type of files, including PDFs, etc.

What I'm really looking for is a way to transfer large video files, and that never worked unfortunately. There is an arbitrary file size limit apparently, not sure why. It doesn't make much sense. My phone is connected to the network via wifi AC at 866 Mbps. My desktop PC is connected via 10 Gbps ethernet. There is plenty of bandwidth to transfer large video files over WLAN/LAN.

I guess those files must be taking a detour through the cloud instead somehow, hence the limitation. There really should be an easy way to transfer files directly between devices, without going through cloud, when they are on the same network. Unfortunately, one can't run a Samba server on the phone unless it's rooted due to the low port number it uses, and Windows cannot configure an alternate >1024 port for Samba.

And for me it no longer works in either direction. Seems the only way is to use the USB-C cable. But that puts wear on the connector, and I would rather avoid it and use it only for charging when required, not for data transfer.
