I just use right click on photo and save as which will save to PC. Having said that, dragging to Windows desktop works for me.
Have you checked the store manually for updates?

Yeah that feature is already enabled in settings. I am able to copy files from PC to Phone as I have mentioned in my initial post. It is not working from Phone to PC.

Yes, fully updated in both PC and Phone.
In Your Phone Windows app, you will see Photos section, I am able to save images from that to my PC, no problem there. If you go to Apps section you will see 'Open phone screen', click that, open either Gallery or My Files from the mobile window that shows up, select an image from there and drag n' drop to your PC, that is not working for me.
My Windows 10 Pro version is 20H2(OS Build 19042.928)
I do not use an app to transfer photo's. Photo's are stored in the DCIM folder. Just connect your phone via USB and drop them from this folder to your PC.
Doesn't work here on Note 20 Ultra in either direction. Windows 10 21H1.
After I bought my Samsung S21 I decided to give the Your Phone app a try. Using the Your Phone app does work to copy photos and screenshots to my PC but I still prefer the old way of connecting my Samsung S21 to my PC using a USB cable.
I am trying to make sense of what you did. The only way that I could duplicate what you did is this:
1. Open Your Phone app
2. Click on my S21 in top left
3. Open My Files app on S21
4. Browse to Images
Of course what you are showing does not work. The Your Phone app is not meant to be used that way.
