    What is this app to manage window placement?


    I deactivated it before but totally forgot how I did it. What I do remember it's not a default windows tool but an aftermarket install.

    When I move a window, two screens show up designating which monitor I want to move the window to. Like this.
    I wan to turn it off.

    That would be MSI "TRUE COLOR", an OEM utility.

Windows 10 Icon Placement

I am having trouble placing icons right above the task bar. On my screen there is about an inch or two inches worth of space between the task bar and the lowest spot on my screen I can place an icon. Is there any way to fix this?
