    Removing Chrome profile

I created a basic second user account on my Windows 10 computer, I also use Google Chrome extensively. I was miffed to find out that simply logging out of Google in that second Win10 account does not mean that ones bookmarks also disappear which confused me and so it seems I have to also delete the Chrome profile from this new basic Win10 profile. But typically with Google it's not straightforward as to how one achieves this. So to be clear I want to delete my Chrome profile from the basic Win10 account I'm logged in with but do not want to effect the Chrome profile within the main Win10 account.

How do I do this from within Chrome. Yes I'm sure I could find where Chrome stores all this crap and delete it form the local Wind10 profile but there has got to be a more formal approach to this within Chrome itself.

Make sure you're not signed in to Chrome, then reset the profile?
