"Open file location" is greyed out. The file possibly does not exist.
Open Registry Editor and go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
See whether "Program" is there. If not, see whether it is in the following folders:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
Hello @makhan10,
You possibly had some software that was installed and triggered to run onStartup
. You may well have uninstalled this software, but during uninstallation the file became corrupted.
Does it show inPrograms & Features
?
I wouldDisable
it and then runDisk Cleanup
. . .

I hope this helps.

Get and use Autoruns (free from MS) - it immediately identifies invalid entries for you and gives you ready access to the appropriate location.
How about the following?
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Export the above key. Then delete "Wondershare Helper", which is shown in your screenshot.
The "Image Path" shows "File not found".
