I see on my windows menu a folder call TAP-Windows. It has to do with ethernet connections. I have a VPN called windscribe. Is this Tap-Windows part of windscribe? Do I uninstall it?

When I read Win10 tutorials about uninstallation of previously installed programs then they always refer to the dialog "Apps & features" to uninstall them.

I installed Arduino software, part of which included installing a number of drivers. I uninstalled the software using the internal software uninstall feature. Apparently it removed the drivers, but for some reason they still show up in the Windows...
