Is there a way I can check that Adobe Flash has been completely uninstalled from my Windows 10 PC?
I've run the "uninstaller_flash_player.exe" but how can I check that Adobe Flash is 100% uninstalled?

Whilst there's a Windows update to remove it, flash player may be installed in other scenarios.

Flash player might be installed as an extension/plugin/addon to one or more browsers.
