That would explain it... there is no PerMonitorSettings key, let alone any sub-keys:
Device Manager shows the display panel as a 'Generic PnP Monitor' and that the 'best driver is already installed'.
Windows Update hasn't shown a better one and the Dell Support site for it (Latitude E7450) doesn't show a driver for the display panel, only the 'Intel HD Graphics 5500' display adapter.
I've even downloaded the 1TB 'Dell Command | Deploy Driver Pack' for the E7450 and extracted the CAB file but cannot find an INF file for just the display panel itself.
UPDATE: @Brake4bots - I've just seen your previous comment and re-downloaded the amended code. No error now. Many thanks for your quick work.
