Thanks Bastet. I have followed your suggestion and tried via Windows Media Player as well as again with Groove Music. but neither seems to work. My computer is quite old (7+ years) and I'm not sure how Windows updates the apps so perhaps mine are old as well. Anyhow, I have attached screen clips of both WMP and Groove with the right-click. Neither one seems to give me the "edit" option. Oddly enough, while doing the forum search initially before I made my post, there were quite a number of posts saying exactly what you had suggested and what seems to be very intuitive ... just right click & edit. I've got the right-click bit down to a science now but the absence of the "edit" bit is confusing. The app that Dalchina suggested is a good solution but it seems odd that neither WMP or Groove offer a solution. Thanks though ... I had forgotten about WMP completely!

Glad that @dalchina's suggestion worked. It's a good program. Still puzzled as to why Groove doesn't work for you.

With WMP I think you have to copy & paste the album artwork. I know it’s a nightmare to do compared to Groove.
    Is Groove up to date?
Is the album part of a playlist? Is Correlations a playlist or the album name?

Thanks Bastet ... very interesting indeed! I do have the same version as yours so it's up to date. However, I had the "Media Info - automatically update" switched off so I have turned this on. On the same page on the right side there is a list for the app ... help , feedback, about, and "need to sign in?" I clicked on the sign-in and got the comment below. So, I will look at changing the region ... I have "Greece" as that is where we live but I will try changing it and see what happens. Your photo shows the "edit info" so clearly and it is missing on mine so perhaps that is the reason. I will give this a try later and report back. Thanks again for your persistence!

Oops ... forgot to add I need to find out how to get a Groove Music Pass. I will check here at the village kafenion and see if they have them as that's usually the best source for information here. Failing that, I will google it!

I believe the music pass has been discontinued.

Ensure the Groove app is up to date by checking via the Microsoft App Store. If it’s still referencing the music pass then it might not be.

Thanks very much Bastet .. all is clear now. I will use Mp3tag as the workaround for the esthetics and not worry about Groove as long as it continues to just play my music.

    Groove is good.
    Glad there’s a workaround. :)
