How Can I Check What Application Installed this?

Long ago I ran across Microsoft Viewers, which might be what Access Database Engine 2007 is a part of.

Microsoft Office Access Database Engine is among other things used to import MS Access database into SQL server.
If you could somehow assemble a list of your installed programs, it may reveal some more information.

It was installed on 21.3.2021.

You do remember what did you uninstall since then? that's only 4 days.
The rest is installed currently on your computer.

That is quite possible. The Microsoft Office Access Database Engine is a free redistributable, downloadable from Microsoft. The 2007 one has been removed since end of support for Office 2007, but the 'Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable' is still freely available from Microsoft and should provide the same functionality with support for more Office file formats.

The page for the Microsoft Office Access Database Engine 2007 said the same, but since MS remove the download it is now only visible in the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.

Ah indeed! apologies, I do have vision problem and English date formats lol

Anyway only you know what programs you have installed and/or which ones your removed.

The install date Windows reports is not to be relied upon. Frequently a Feature Update can 'reset' the reported date to that of the time you installed the feature update (presentably if it cannot determine the true install date). For example, this Office Starter 2010 was installed by the OEM in the PC's original Windows 7 and dates back to 2011, but not if you were to believe what Windows reports...




Anyway, as I showed above this redistributable was likely bundled in a 3rd-party installer that required it. And if you have removed that software now, then it should safe to uninstall it. And in the unlikely event that you need it again, then the 2010 version is still available.
