Well Robocopy GUI worked when copying files with no need for .NET framework 2.0 these types of utility I've uninstalled both. Usually I just sick to Teracopy for multiple folder/ file copy/ move operations and don't really need to copy system files etc.
Well, Robocopy GUI insists that you turn on .NET 2.0, if it's not already enabled. It won't install without it.

I use Robocopy from the command line (or rather, from a batch file with the commands in it) so I don't need the GUIs either.

Your screenshot shows that you already have '.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)' turned on. I had to turn mine on, it's not on by default for a clean install.

So it does indeed. I should learn to read in a little more detail.

It's interesting that you mentioned a 'sync' tool as that is what sprang to my mind as an alternative to the 'copy' function.

I have started using SyncFolder (also free and brilliantly supported). It's amazing. I have it running every hour to keep certain folders in sync and it also runs just before my Reflect backups for both image and Files & Folders run. It also forces OneDrive accuracy. I've got it all playing nicely together seamlessly and it never lets me down. Love it as a complete solution. Both SyncFolder and Reflect run to multiple points of redundancy including internal, external and remote. Once set up, it all just runs. like clockwork, handling file changes perfectly.
