Photos keeps displaying screen captures in small sizes

Recently this started happening (screen capture attached); I don't know whether it was a Windows update or my new laptop with which I use two external monitors simultaneously...Windows Version 20H2 (19042.867).

I use the magnifier to increase it but it's annoying and I didn't used to have to do it.

What's weird is that I only noticed this recently (which made me think it might be Windows update thing).

I don't use dual monitor setups but have seen it happen where external monitors on Notebooks/Laptops have problems with the same resolution setting having different effects on the external monitors, was not solved except by disconnecting the externals.
