A mysterious app with no name

Uninstall SiSoftware Sandra. It might have served a purpose for testing and diagnostics by "an IT guy" but pointless for your usage. Then see if the "unknown" entry disappears.

If not, then go ahead and try uninstalling it. Windows will warn you if it's one of its components (because most 3rd party uninstalling software still use the Windows uninstaller to remove the program. The benefit in 3rd party uninstallers is that they can remove leftovers - files, folders and registry entries - better than Windows can).

And if it belongs to something else, then all that will happen is the program won't open and you'll have to re-install it.

If your wary about doing anything, create an image with Macrium Reflect (and a Macrium boot USB) so that you can restore your system if something goes amiss (which I doubt).

A good conservative approach, before removal make an image with Macrium reflect or similar (as already mentioned) and create a restore point.

I know many users say restore points are a waste of disk space but I don't agree. Back in the day of Windows 3.1, Win95, Win98, maybe up to XP, the use of restore points was rarely successful.

I've had a very high success rate with using restore points on Windows 10, enough so, that the effort and resources required, make it a 'no-brainer for me. YMMV

Also, consider using Revo Uninstaller from Windows Safe Mode and using the Advanced Scan mode.

Since you show an Intel-based computer in My Computer I'd leave it alone, uninstalling may just bring it back as an update.
