The files listed in the Screen shot are what you are calling RE. The SE means Standard Edition, while the RE is Runtime Environment.
If you will notice that the files names are, for example jre-8u201-Windows-i586.exe, the same as listed on the Java site.
Java Downloads for All Operating Systems and are in fact the same files.
The, (odd numbered updates, e.g.201), are the Critical Patch Updates (CPU) where as the even numbers, e.g.202 are Patch Set Updates (PSU).
Critical Patch Updates are updates that contain security updates
Patch Set Updates are cumulative patches that included priority fixes as well as security fixes.
