    Trying to find an appropriate driver for those is difficult. I've read there are perhaps 4 different internal devices in such things.

    If you have an older driver that worked on, say, Win 7, consider using a virtual machine e.g. Win 7 run under Hyper-V (which Pro has) or VirtualBox (free).

    For example, I have a scanner with no driver for Win 10. I use VirtualBox with Win XP installed, and use it from that.

    Where can you find it?
    You need to do your own research. As I said, there are variants of this device, so you need to get one that works for you.

    You might try one or more of the various driver updater tools, which I only suggest for specific cases such as this.
    Driver Genius
    Snappy Driver Installer etc (lists of these are readily available if you search)

    I've just found Snappy Driver offers 5 possible drivers for my Easycap device. Drivermax didn't help. Device Manager is happy now I've installed one of those. Beyond that I've not tried it.

    Remember you can try installing drivers and software in compatibility mode. This may help. Or not...

    Hi folks

    Install XP / Win 7 (32 bit version) as VM's and run on VBOX or VMWare player -- both free. Your device is most unlikely to work on 64 Bit OS !!!!

    You can source old ISO's and software from here - although you will need your own keys unless product is "Abandonware".

    This is 100% legal

    Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free & Borrowable Books, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine

    BTW I use XP still to record Minidiscs (got a professional PRO ex studio machine - so no DRM probs with hideous SONY software) and also for cutting VINYL records - stuff only runs on XP so I simply keep XP as a VM -- doesn't need Internet access either - I "Isolate" the XP system so no dangers of "Nasty stuff" contaminating the OS.

    what you mean compatibility mode?
    May CD-ROM included having all drivers, how install the right for Windows 10 Pro 64-bit...?

    The symptoms I am having[only splash screen appear - not beyond that] is most probably is for old driver???

    What do I mean by compatibility mode?

    It's built into Windows. Use Google : ask

    Rt click an exe file- look at the context menu- you will see Troubleshoot compatibility.

    Your problem is likely that the program and/or driver is not compatible with Win 10.

    As I have said, compatibility mode helps in some cases, allowing a choice of limited compatibility with e.g. XP, Vista, Win 7.

    You can install drivers and programs in compatibility mode, hoping that old ones may still work under an operating system for which they were not designed.

    Look at the next video after the Youtube one you posted- suggests won't run in Win 10.

    Driver- dealt with that as best I can at this point.

    Recording software: some have used VLC player. There are others.
