    so you mean the hardware of honestech VHS to DVD 3.0/4.0, maybe able to work with VLC??? contact their forums?

    No, you misunderstand. You need to separate two ideas in your mind.
    a. the driver
    b. the recording software.

    These two can have separate resolutions.

    I have had my Easycap running under Win 10 on my other PC- but a few years ago. When I plugged it in, the driver is still present on that PC.

    So you need to
    a. As I suggested above, find a driver that works with your device.

    b. Choose any recording software you like that accepts input from a USB device such as this.

    Solve (a) and e.g. VLC player should record the output from it.

    I can right click it and choose install or update drivers...?
    if hardware USB 2.0 VHS 2 DVD in device management Not seems: I have to insert CDROM or ... ???

    In honestech VHS to DVD 4.0 software[trial], the USB Capture device seems, --- this means is OK drivers installed???

    I have covered the issue of drivers above.

    Your software is out of date. Set it aside.
