    Adobe Flash Player

An article about removing Adobe's Flash Player.
Now, looking at my Control Panel, I do have Flash Player (32-bit) installed & (thankfully) did not get Microsoft's forced KB4577586 update.

    But I have 3 questions:
    1. How do I find out what version of Flash Player is on my comfuser?

    2. I have a few older programs & games, is there a way I can check if any of them need the Flash Player?

    3. If I don't need it, how do I uninstall Flash Player w/o Microsoft's forced update (I have Revo Uninstaller, will this help)?

I just finished a fresh install on a new HDD on an ASUS Notebook, one of the updates was KB4023057 for Removal of Flash Player. It does not show in Control Panel.

Yes, or Geek Uninstaller (freeware). With either/both, just make sure you complete the removal process for leftover files and/or registry entries. Don't reboot when prompted until this aspect is completed.
