Yep I have an img after I got the new computer with windows from the store..
However maybe It's better to reinstall windows than using this img as the problems may started with their install?
Well try the image. That's what an image is for.
If something is wrong...you restore from an image and try try again.

Restoring an image of your Windows install, will completely overwrite the current Windows.

Yes, I realize you will have to redo a lot of stuff. This time, do it slowly, and make other backups...so IF the blue line thing comes back, you can just restore from a backup again.

I built this comp and installed Windows 10 for the first time in may 2020. I'm still tweaking and adjusting it.
This is just my current backups....

JAN 11 was right after the january Updates.
JAN 26 was after removing an unknown ActiceX registry entry.
FEB 02 was after the .789 update
FEB 04 was after installing the latest chipset driver.
FEB 07 was me getting ready for the February Windows Update.

    Ok then,
    I'll try that I guess..

    2 last questions:

    1. Should I change all passwords considering my issue (assuming it is a maleware after all)?
    2. Is my windows settings and preferences could be sync from my microsoft account (I'm using it to login now)
    after booting the img ?

After restoring and booting from the image... take your time.
Install a few programs, do a little personalization, etc., then wait for a few days and if everything is OK, make a new backup.
Then just repeat that. So you will always have a recent backup, if something goes wrong.

If you need space for backups, get an external HDD or and internal one for $50 USD or less.

Make sure you make the Macrium Reflect bootable media. In case Windows won't boot... you will still be able to get to your backups, and to fix boot problems.

This is what the Macrium Reflect bootable media looks like...

As for passwords... I would just worry about the important ones... like if you bank online, or for Amazon... things like that.

Download Sysinternals Autoruns this will tell you what programs are loading with Windows and give you an idea of what the app is.

Yea I see the logic, I will do that as well and not just after windows installation..
Anyways I used the initial Reflect IMG file and reinstalled all the programs and personalization again.
It was a bit frustrating but now its behind me and up until now everything is fine..
I would do another Reflect IMG now.

Thanks again especially to you and all the rest of the members that tried to help me:)
Hope I would not need you guys again..
