Immediately after clicking on burn the software and win crashes, I tried to uninstall, clean the registry, use Nero clean tools, change version but the problem remains and occurs randomly in a discontinuous way.
The problem there is only Nero and not with for example Ashampoo
Some idea?

Did you try a different burning software? I like burnaware free.
yes as I wrote the problem with other burning software is not there but now it has become a matter of principle to understand this problem
What says the Event Viewer?
What about Error codes?
Analysing crash dumps is another way to find the Problem.

FWIW. I've used Nero BurningROM for years with no problems. I use it for audio CD burning in my recording studio. Is this a new version or an older one? The current version I have is Nero 2017, BurningROM version 18.0.19000.
I don't know if I can offer anything, but PC specs would be helpful. Also what type of burn are you trying to do? Audio, Data, disc copy, etc.
What "several versions" have you tried?
