Suggesting other burning programs is not fixing the users problem with Nero BurningROM crashing.
I've been using Nero for a lifetime and wouldn't want to change

I use the lasted versione but I also tried previous versions I think there is some file in conflict with Win
If you uninstall a program and then reinstall another version of the same program without rebooting, left overs from the old program may remain and the same problem appears. Also, uninstalling with the built in Windows uninstaller can and usually does leave parts of the old program still there. A program such as "Revo uninstaller pro" is really needed to uninstall as much as possible. An example, certain gaming Dell model laptops have experienced a fault with the Dell "Support Assistant" that shows up as a false memory change at boot up. Uninstalling Support Assistant with the Windows uninstaller does not completely uninstall Support Assistant and it still shows the false memory change at boot up. Uninstalling with revo uninstaller pro does completely remove Support Assistant and the memory change error at boot. (we are waiting for a fix from Dell for the problem).
Also please post computer specs and what burning functions you have tried (such as Audio CD, Data CD, etc).
I also tried with similar programs for uninstalling but the problem also occurs with a portable version, some solution or idea has now become a matter of principle to resolve it
I believe the problem is the PCIe SATA 4 Port Controller Expansion (Marvell 88SE9215, Master Chip ZYT-SA3014)
Because the problem may have arisen after having the DVD was connected to this PCI, no conflict appears on W10 and the drivers are all updated.
But it is strange that the problem eg. show up with Nero and not Ashampooo
I was thinking of trying another PCIe Card, any ideas?
What is your Windows build and what's the latest version of the program you have used?
What crash report do you get? (E.g. message, Reliability History).
Have you tried running it in compatibility mode?
Example:
Download Nero Burning ROM Free - MajorGeeks
Last rated for Win 8.
And it seems there are later versions:

a. Still don't know the version...
b. Please confirm you've looked in Reliability History.
c. No comment on using compatibility mode - in particular the Compatibility Troubleshooter (rt click Nero's shortcut or exe file)
