    Screensaver system acting strangely.

    1909 (OS Build 18363. 1316)

A couple of screensavers which I added a while ago no longer work.

In Screen Saver Settings two of those listed are no longer installed on the PC. If I select one of them, pressing Settings or Preview has no effect, I can't use that saver.

If I select the other one, the strange image shown in my previous thread appears

I have spent a lot of time searching for that image on the PC but can't find out where it is.

Is there some reset function in the system which won't mean having to re-install my many programs and files ?

The reason for the strange image showing is I thought explained in your other thread
    swf Screensaver no longer works.
    just Yesterday
It was a screensaver clock - using flash player
and some one suggested other clock savers.

In respect of the one that you now cannot find - if that is all that is missing is it vital enough to even think of
Is there some reset function in the system which won't mean having to re-install my many programs and files
Perhaps it may help if you told us what the screensaver was the one that you now cannot find.

As I pointed out in your previous thread, that's a Flash based screen saver, indicated by the 'F' icon in the centre of your screenshot. With Flash now retired and being removed from Windows any screen saver that relies on Flash being installed will no longer work.
