    As a start . . .

     Initial Information Required

    > When did this start happening?
    > Did anything specific happen around that time?
    > Have you installed ANY new software?
    > Did you install ANY WU's?
    > Have you got a Restore Point that you can use that is prior to this happening?
    > Did you install or uninstall anything around that time?
    > Are you Overclocking?

Have a look at this Tutorial => How to Reinstall and Re-register All Built-in Windows Apps in Windows 10

    I hope this helps.

Hi, why did you do a hard reset? Try first checking your disk.
    E.g. Crystal Diskinfo (free).
CrystalDiskInfo Portable (disk health monitoring) | PortableApps.com

Here's a portable version- simply download it to a flash drive e.g. and run it. No installation required. Post a screenshot of the result here thus:

    Basic recovery:

Do you have a System Restore point you could use? (You will only have one if you chose to enable System Restore).

tenforums members tirelessly recommend the routine use of disk imaging- e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + large enough external storage. If you have a disk image of your Windows partition, for example, you can restore that to a previous good state. You might wish to consider doing that to protect your PC, Windows, your time and your data.

Also provides a means of recovery should your disk fail and a full backup.
