    Confused .
I assume this app is different than FILE EXPLORER that is default in Windows 10? (Which I continue to call File Manager - because I don't care.)

The old My Computer and the newer This PC are the same thing just the newer has more things under it and above it in the Navigation pane of File Explorer or previous Windows Explorer. Might give this a try, attached is what I use on 64-bit Win10 Pro, it's compressed so Extract it to a folder and run winfile.exe, can even create a shortcut to that file.

The Windows File Manager is from old versions of Windows such as Windows 3.1 I had in '92 running on top of MS-DOS 5 for my first computer, started building them in a shop in '94 and have seen lots of changes. Somewhere around Windows 95 the name started changing as the GUI was merging into the Disk Operating System.

File Manager works in Win11 Pro x64.
