I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2020.
When I take a video in portrait mode, after importing it into Adobe Premiere, it looks straight (not sideways) which is what I want and perfectly scaled
but after adding some audio to it then trying to export it, it looks like this when played on an iPhone or Android:
What format do you export to and what resolution ie 4.3 or 16.9 have you cropped to full screen
MP4 (H.264) - the only option available when I choose to export to Devices / Mobile
No matter what resolution I choose, the result is the same (ie. HD 1080, HD 800, or HD 720)
I don't see the crop to full screen option in Premiere Elements 2020, can you guide me?
what I did find was this which is already checked:
Scale > Video Options > Scale to Frame Size
